HomeFairyTech is live on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android phones. Search for "HomeFairyTech" in your app store or tap a download button on this page. The app is free to download.
Download the app, sign up as an agent, and complete KYC: verify your NIN or international passport, then take a short face liveness check. Our team reviews your submission and you'll be notified in the app once you're approved. Until then you can browse, but you can't bid, chat, book, or earn commission.
Pro is HomeFairyTech's subscription. For agents it unlocks bidding, AI property search, and the analytics dashboard; owners have their own Pro plan to keep listings visible and accept bids. Pro is billed through Google Play on Android and through the App Store on iPhone, so you manage or cancel it in your store account's subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
Payments on HomeFairyTech are processed through Flutterwave, a regulated payment infrastructure provider. When a booking is made, funds are held securely in Flutterwave's payment escrow — not directly by HomeFairyTech — until the applicable booking conditions are met. HomeFairyTech facilitates the booking and sets the release conditions, but the underlying funds are held and disbursed by Flutterwave, so everyone gets a fair, guaranteed outcome.
Yes. Both roles must complete KYC and biometric checks. Owners cannot publish listings until approved, and agents cannot bid, chat, book, or earn commissions until verification is complete.
